Vase Arrangements:

• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and hot temperatures. 

• Change the water with room-temp water every 1-2 days. You can do this by gently holding the flowers out of the way to tip the vase and pour out the water.

  • Remember - if you wouldn’t drink the water, neither should your flowers.

• Make sure there is enough water to cover all stems at all times. Tip: A gooseneck kettle works best for pouring water into the vase. 

• Some flowers may die before others, but that doesn’t mean you have to throw out the entire arrangement! Just remove the wilted flowers and enjoy the others ♡

Wrapped Bouquets:

• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and hot temperatures. 

• Cut the bottom of the recyclable wrapping paper and take out the compostable hydration wrap & compostable green bag, you can leave the rest of the wrapping intact since it is waterproof. OR take off all wrapping and arrange to your liking.

• Place flowers in a vase with fresh, room-temp water, filling it enough to cover all of the stems at least halfway.

• Change the water every 1-2 days. Give the stems a little trim every 3 days.

  • Remember - if you wouldn’t drink the water, neither should your flowers.

• Some flowers may die before others, but that doesn’t mean you have to throw out the entire arrangement! Just remove the wilted flowers and enjoy the others ♡

Lei:

• Wrap lei in tinfoil like a hotdog and store in the crisper drawer or middle shelf of your fridge.

  • If storing in the crisper drawer, keep away from fruits, especially apples and bananas—they release ethylene gas that speeds up wilting.

• Keep your lei at a steady 50–55°F.

• Avoid the freezer or areas with temperature changes.

• If your fridge is too cold, use a cooler with ice packs, but don’t let the lei touch the ice directly.

• If possible, keep flowers out of direct sunlight and hot temperatures. 

All orders must be placed at least one week in advance and receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation email after placing your order.

We currently do not offer delivery. Must pick up in Hoakalei Ewa Beach, Geiger Park Ewa Beach, or Ka Makana Mall Kapolei.

1. Orders placed less than one week in advance will receive a 100% refund since we cannot fulfill your order. 

2. Orders cancelled at least 2 days before the confirmed pick up time can receive a 50% refund. To cancel your order please text us at 909-270-0391.

3. Orders cancelled without minimum 2 day’s notice before the confirmed pick up time cannot receive a refund. Mahalo for your understanding.
